Survey says public opposed to public-private partnership for sewage centres

The vast majority of people who have responded to Capital Regional District public sessions on how sewage treatment centres should be built are opposed to a public-private partnership.

Hundreds of people have attended open houses, responded online and spoken at special CRD meetings on how the region's largest project should be built.
