The winners of Food & Water Watch’s "I Heart Tap Water" Student Video Contest came from across the country but shared one message -- it's better for college students to take back the tap and have fun doing it.


The top prize went to Elizabeth Klein from University of Cincinnati for her stop-motion animation video. “Lizzy” is an animation major from the University of Cincinnati. She wins the top prize of $1,500 for her stop-animation video that took three days to create.
